Idris Kothari and Faraz Hoodbhoy discussing the Business Planning process
January 3, 2009
Does one need a business plan when starting a new company or initiative? Isn’t it a waste of time? If you do put together a business plan, what kind of animal does this need to be? A 100 page document? A few excel sheets? An executive summary of the concept? This discussion began with a question from Obaid Ahmed of Deensoft.
Idris Kothari, a serial entrepreneur from Silicon Valley and Faraz Hoodbhoy, Founder of PixSense share their ideas regarding the Business Planning process at the P@SHA/MITCEFP Entrepreneurship Seminar in Karachi last week.
