The tagline or caption on this photo should be “The smiling torturer”. I had no intention of releasing it (really and truly) because it does show the true “evulness” behind the normally angelic exterior that is Rabia Garib BUT … have you seen the bloopers on the CIO Webstudio? I just had to pay her back for those … so Rabia this is it – payback time!
