Off to Dhaka for 3 days

I am off to Dhaka this morning for 3 days. I am going with a delegation to attend an event. However, the main purpose of the trip is to try and find ways to connect the IT companies of the two countries.
There are opportunities for Pakistani companies in Bangladesh. Some of them are already selling solutions there. There are others who can.
This is a photo of old Dhaka with the cycle rickshaws which are still quite common there. Of course a lot has been done in terms of infrastructure development and the skyline is different in certain parts of the city.
I am not sure about the connectivity situation in Dhaka but, if I have connectivity, I will certainly continue to blog. Cheerio!

Interesting!
It would be nice if you could meet Dr. Muhammad Yunus. He is very keen for people to work on IT solutions for the Poor (a very relevant topic for people of this region).
He has made a world wide call to all IT professionals in this regard …
I read about it in his book “Creating a world without poverty”
