iPhone now US$200 cheaper!

iPhone cheaperSome Apple customers are quite upset because the price of the iPhone has dropped by US$200 after only being on the market for two months.

When asked about the price drop and what he would say to customers who bought the iPhone at the original price, Steve Jobs replied, ‘That’s technology. If they bought it this morning, they should go back and talk to the vendor. If they bought it a month ago, well, that’s what happens in technology.’ The Unofficial Apple blog says that some customers shrug this off saying that they have enjoyed two months of use, others are however very upset (one actually said that Jobs’ response makes even Steve Balmer look good – now that would take some doing!) . I wonder if Beliscity.com is going to continue pricing it at Rs. 60,000 – 150% mark up?

i think that those desperados who would willingly sell their mothers into slavery for the privilege of owning the very first iphone/communicator/blackberry on the block deserve to be fleeced. for one thing, all they know the price is going to crash shortly after launch. what are they complaining about?
