The best ever career event ever done in Pakistan. It was not a job fair and both job seekers and employers realized this. It was a dream come true day for young people and the people who were there to guide the young graduates.

Bearing point has a team that did career counseling all the day. BrightSpyre.com team ( 5 members ) did it continuously for 6 hours.
Mr. Nasrum Minallah GM HR instaphone came for 1 hour. But he entered the hall at 11:00 am and left it at 5:00 pm. He spent time with young people telling them from A-Z of the careers.
Mr. Mansoor Adenwala was in the counselling session for 5 continuous hours.
Mr. Owais Anjum of Numetrics left his lunch and spent his lunch time on counseling a person.

Workshops were unique and cannot have better mentors at one place. All so excited that people attended the conference for 4-6 hours.

Mr. Owais Anjum was the key in all the workshops. The thoughts presented by them in the workshop “careers for young graduates” and SIG workshops cannot even heard at TED or any other silicon valley.

I must say a unique day in Pakistan.
