WoW …. *Thumbs up* to Zafar and P@SHA.

I guess we need to advertise this category a lil more because this definitely encourages students for Entrepreneurship. It also creates awareness among the youth about knowledge they gain during their academic years and its true application.

I Still remember when i was a student (seems like long ago now lolz) and worked on some reasonably good ideas that could have ended up as great products but never knew something of a scale could be done.

    Great work

@Yaser Yes Zafar should be congratulated. Innovation needs to be promoted. Kids may or may not end up starting their own companies but at least they will be encouraged to think of innovative projects and ideas. This creativity filters down into anything they do in the future.

We are delighted that Sofizar has joined hands with P@SHA to light the fire, so to speak.

I am sending this to all the universities but would appreciate it if you can use your resources to inform all the kids on your network.

Do you have any extra Material related to this specific category? That will be helpful.

The Student Project has to be a Product or business oriented thing?

    Masters students are excluded!😦

BTW, an informative note/email to all the universities+HEC is needed to inform the students.

@owaeis I am afraid the category definition has been laid down by APICTA so we have to exclude Masters students from this particular category.

I have sent the message to all universities and asked them to inform all students. Thanks for the suggestion regarding HEC. I will send it to them.

@Jehan BTW, I think that most of the universities may not take the notice seriously. We need to inform all the students and don’t want the real talent go uninformed.

A poster display on the notice boards of universities was a good idea but there’s not much time left, also it needs investment to get published. We can alternatively create a soft copy of a poster/notice, email it to our friends all over the Pakistan. They can then print it out and display in their respective universities as well as the other univiersities in their respective cities.

For example, I can display that notice in FAST, SEECS, IIUI and FUUAST. Some others may do that for Bahria, UAAR, QAU, Air Univ etc.

Similarly, we can do that in all the major cities of Pak.🙂

One idea which I want to share is that; you people can even contact Microsoft Pakistan for that, as Microsoft Pakistan works very closely with all leading universities and they have their student ambassadors located at each university with the title Microsoft Student Partners (MSP) who actually work like liaison between their university and Microsoft and these MSP’s can really get the word out in their campus around the literate youth and can promote this. I’m also an MSP and I’m from CBM, I’ll definitely bring this news out in my campus crowd and I believe students will find it very interesting to become part of this award.
